400ml coconut cream or coconut milk

1 tbsp oil

500g protein or vegetables (chicken, tofu, prawns, or mixed veg)

Method

Sauté the Paste
– Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
– Add Green Curry Paste and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. -
Add Coconut Cream
– Stir in coconut cream and bring to a gentle simmer. -
