Ingredients

  • 3–4 tbsp Aromatic Kitchen Turmeric Curry Paste

  • 400ml coconut milk

  • 1 tbsp oil (coconut or olive)

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g. sweet potato, cauliflower, green beans)

  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas or tofu (optional protein)

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh coriander (for garnish)

  • Lime wedges (for serving)

Method

  1. Sauté the Paste
    – Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
    – Add Turmeric Curry Paste and stir for 1–2 minutes until aromatic.

  2. Add Coconut Milk & Veggies
    – Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a gentle simmer.
    – Add vegetables and protein of choice. Cook for 10–12 minutes until tender.

  3. Taste & Serve
    – Season with salt to taste.
    – Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with rice or flatbread. Add a squeeze of lime for brightness.
